NORTH CAROLINA MOTORSPORTS ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES JUSTIN HAND AS NEW RFK RACING REPRESENTATIVE ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CONCORD, N.C. (May 15, 2026) — The North Carolina Motorsports Association (NCMA) today announced the appointment of Justin Hand, Vice President of Partnership Sales at RFK Racing, to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Hand leads partnership strategy for one of NASCAR’s most established organizations. He is responsible for securing and managing corporate partnerships that support RFK Racing’s competitive and commercial success. Since joining RFK Racing in August 2022, Hand has advanced through the commercial organization, building expertise in sponsorship development, activation, and strategic partnerships that connect brands with the sport’s engaged fan base.
Hand began his career in sports marketing and sales, developing a strong foundation in client service and business development. Prior to arriving at RFK Racing, he was the Director of Motorsports for A.E. Engine (Sports Media & Marketing) in Tampa, Fla. He is a 2016 graduate of the University of South Florida–St. Petersburg.
Based in the Charlotte region, Hand is part of the executive leadership team at RFK Racing, co-owned by Jack Roush, John Henry, and Brad Keselowski.

The NCMA Board of Directors represents a broad cross-section of the state’s motorsports ecosystem, including race teams, tracks, manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, and industry partners. As RFK Racing’s representative, Hand will help guide the association’s efforts to strengthen industry advocacy, collaboration, and economic growth.
